Spinach Ball Appetizers
Ingredients
- 3 packages chopped frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
- 2 cups herbed stuffing
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 stick melted butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 rounded tablespoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
- Combine all ingredients. Best done in a mixer until well combined.
- Shape into golf ball sized balls.
- Place on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Serve warm and use dijon mustard as a dipping sauce.
Notes
This recipe can be easily doubled and the baked spinach balls can be frozen for up to one month. To reheat: Place in oven at 350 f for 5 minutes.
