Spinach Ball Appetizers

Spinach Balls


  • 3 packages chopped frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 2 cups herbed stuffing
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 rounded tablespoon nutmeg


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine all ingredients. Best done in a mixer until well combined.
  3. Shape into golf ball sized balls.
  4. Place on a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Serve warm and use dijon mustard as a dipping sauce.


This recipe can be easily doubled and the baked spinach balls can be frozen for up to one month. To reheat: Place in oven at 350 f for 5 minutes.
