Sardines Rebecca

This makes for a wonderful lunch high in Omega 3. Sardines have a very low mercury level and contain calcium, healthy oils and protein. Taught to us by Chef Rebecca Katz. Her cookbooks are available online through our Amazon link.

Ingredients

  • 1 can sardines in olive oil, not filets.
  • 1 large shallot, minced
  • fresh lemon juice to taste
  • 1 large tablespoon dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Gently fold and mix ingredients with a fork. Add lemon slowly to taste.
  2. Serve on crackers.
