Peas-Not Just For Chicks


  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed, well dried on a paper towel
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Add your choice of spices to taste, for example tumeric, Mrs.Dash...


  1. Toss chickpeas with olive oil.
  2. Roast on a cookie sheet for approximately 25-30 minutes @ 450 f.
  3. Make sure to keep an eye on them so they don't burn.
  4. They will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
  5. Serve.
