Chocolate Truffles


  • 1 avocado peeled and seed removed
  • 6 level tablespoons of good quality unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 12 medjool dates
  • 1 teaspoon water


  1. Combine ingredients in food processor or high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add water as needed.
  4. Scoop out (with melon scooper) round balls.
  5. Place in a single layer in tupperware.
  6. Store in refrigerator up to 4 days.
