A Cleansing Snack

This mixture contains a great deal of fiber, Vitamin C and is a wonderful substitute for sherbert after dinner. It will keep in the refrigerator for 48 hours.


  • 3 celery stalks
  • 2 apples peeled
  • 1 thumbsize peeled ginger root
  • 1 cucumber peeled
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 1 orange, juiced


  1. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Serve.
